Bro. Gross and his family were such a blessing in our church during our time of need as we found ourselves in a pastoral search. His expertise and leadership, all while pointing continually to seeking God’s leading, provided a calm confidence as we walked through these unknown waters. Under his leadership as interim pastor, we saw the church not only “survive” spiritually but actually move forward and grow in Christ. His burden for the struggling local church is very evident and I believe God is using his ministry greatly.
